In honor of Aimee, join us at the LCCC Bass Library for an outside, socially distanced, interval workout to get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles! The class will be taught by Aimee's cousin, Diane Risdon.
All body weight exercises can be modified for any fitness level. Pick the option that works best for you and go at your own pace. No equipment needed.
Wear bright colors to celebrate Aimee's life - she loved Pink, Yellow and autumn colors!!
Your $25 Workout fee will benefit the Professor Aimee Dickinson Scholarship Supporting Equity and Diversity at the LCCC Foundation. All Workout fees and Raffle Tickets must be paid for online in advance of the event. Space is limited, so register now.
Before you register, please read the LCCC Assumption of Risk and Agreement to Hold Harmless. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and agree to this when registering.
